So, yesterday was a success!! Eleven of my Japanese students came to my apartment for a Mexican Cooking Class/Party. I taught them how to make tacos, guacamole, beans, and Mexican rice. They really enjoyed it. We pigged out! We were all busting at the seams. For some of them, this was their first taste of Mexican food. They loved it!

Considering most of my students are old enough to be my grandparents, they treat me with respect and honor. They are great people who are very eager to learn. They make me appreciate my job. Thanks Ome Class! Y'all rock!
