Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona

On our 8th day of the Great American Adventure, we visited the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona. Jude and Husband LOVED it! Jude ran around pretending to be a pilot, and Husband was in awe of the static plane displays. Husband was especially fond of the "Super Guppy" pictured below. I could have cared less for this particular museum, but watching Jude have a blast made it worth the stop.

Here I am standing on the stairs of one of the first Presidential planes.

This museum has one of the largest displays of American aircraft in the world. It's huge! It has over 250 aircraft on 80 acres of land.
Jude, the pilot!

It was hot in Arizona, about 110 degrees. I just wanted to hide indoors, because the heat was so oppressive! I don't see how people can live there! It's like living in a convection oven!
