Week #1 of Tokyo Marathon training complete

Yahoo!  I ran 3 miles Tuesday, 4 miles Wednesday, 3 miles Friday, and 5.2 miles today (Saturday).  I would have ran Thursday, but I had the crappers!

The running is slow, with heavy legs and heavy breathing, but everyday it gets a little better and a little easier.

I'm so glad I got my running mojo back...just in time for Tokyo Marathon training!
