Drama free
I like to live drama free. I'm so glad my life is boring and free of complications.
For me, boring equals happiness.
I know some of you don't ask for the drama that surrounds you, but somehow it just finds you again and again. I'm sorry about that. I'll send you my drama free ju-ju. I hope it works for you.

Loose tooth
Last night when Jude was trying to avoid going to bed, he hopped into my bed and we snuggled. As we laid there in bed, I looked into his mouth and noticed he has a loose tooth! And, the new, big tooth is already popping out behind the baby tooth.
This begins a new time in our lives- a time where my sweet, baby boy is turning into a big kid. And all of this is happening WAY too fast for me.
As you know, I'm not good with change, especially when it comes to my baby getting bigger.
Because Jude is my only baby, I think that makes it even harder for me to sit back and watch him grow and change. I know change is unavoidable, and it's part of growing up, but it's hard for this momma to watch as her kid grows, needing me less and less...

Hell yes
I got the best mother's day gift ever from Jude and Husband: an XBOX 360 Kinect with 3 games. This is the best effing gift ever! Seriously! No, seriously!
I've been playing Dance Masters, and I can't stop. It's so much fun. No, seriously! It's freaking bad ass! We've been rocking it everyday. I love dancing and shaking my groove thing with my kiddo. We dance until we are covered with sweat and can dance no more!
You've got to get one of these. It's WAY better than the Wii, and it doesn't require any additional crap. You just plug the thing in, set up the camera thing and go at it.
Whoever came up with this thing is a genius!
So, stop what you're doing, and get one! You won't be disappointed. I promise.

Crib Lid
This is what every momma needs to keep their kiddos in the crib:
a crib lid! Yes, there's a kid in there, but it ain't mine!
(FYI, I did not create this or ever use this. BJ saw it on the Internet and told me about it. We thought it was hilarious, so I thought I'd share!)

Ding Dong...
...the witch is dead. Oh wait, not the witch! Sorry! I meant to say Osama Bin Laden is dead...killed, actually, by Navy Seals.
I know everyone is all happy and cheering and all, but I kind of wish we would have captured the fucker and tortured him a little. Death seems to kind for this mother fucker. Come on America, we should have made him suffer a little, don't you think? A bullet through the brain seems a bit nice to me.
After all, not only was he the master mind behind September 11, but he was also technically responsible for every American solders' death in Afghanistan as well.
So, I think killing him was a little nice. Just saying.

Teabagger

(Sorry, but this makes me laugh. Out loud!)
What's your definition of teabagger? Does it involve balls or politics?
You can blame this post on Dooce, and her recent blog post found here.

Huh?
Jude: "Hey mom! Happy Cinco de Mario Day!"
Weenie: "What?"
Jude: "Happy Cinco de Mario day! I learned that in Spanish class today!"
Weenie: "What does that mean?"
Jude: "I have no idea."
***As you can see, we are bad, brown, little people. We failed to teach our kid about May 5th. I guess if we were real Mexicans maybe we would have done a better job. But seeing as how we are only Hispanic people from Texas, I don't feel so bad about it!
