"the misadventures of a midget mexican momma living in japan, who was evacuated back to Texas after the March 11th earthquake, who has since returned to Japan"
In Austin, we are on day 41 of over 100 degree heat. Many of them have been 105 or 106. It's terrible! Luckily, we got rain for two hours one day this month. Of course, that didn't do a dang thing except give us hope. We are drying up here. It's so not fun!
I'm a 4 foot 10 inch asthmatic Hispanic momma now living in Japan. ****But was evacuated after the March 11th earthquake and currently homeless in Texas!***The State Department allowed us to return to Japan on April 14th, so I'm back in Japan, where I belong!
People seem to find my mishaps entertaining, so thus the blog begins. And, I have been encouraged to start a blog so people can keep up with us in Japan. I have had this creative bug in my ear telling me to do this for a while, but I could never bring myself to do it. By starting a blog, I feel like I'm going to the beach in a thong for the first time without a bikini wax! It is kind of scary to lay it all out there for the world to see and to judge.
My world is filled with hilarious moments that I can't wait to share. I hope you enjoy what I have to say and can laugh with me on a regular basis. After all, we could all use a little laughter in this God forsaken world.
